Written by CIRCE‘s Blue Ribbon Panel, this Declaration lays out the foundations and aspirations of the exciting new science of mental immunity. We call this science cognitive immunology. Over time, it should transform our relationship to infectious information, just as immunology transformed our relationship with infectious microbes.
